Q 2: How do I check-in after reception hours?

A: Please be advised that our reception hours are 6:30 am and 9:00 pm. If your estimated arrival time falls outside these hours, you will need to contact us during business hours for instructions. If you have any issues, you can contact us at (07) 4051 5011.

Q 3: Are there kitchens in the rooms?

A: We have some rooms with small basic kitchenettes, please request to be upgraded at the time of the booking. Price will change.

Q 4: Are there rooms with a balcony?

A: Mostly of our rooms with a balcony

Q 5: Can I smoke on the balcony?

A: Smoking is not allowed in the whole building, including balcony.

Q 6: Are there rooms with a hot tub?

A: Yes.

Q 7: Is there a spa?

A: Unfortunately, there is no spa or wellness centre at Acacia Court Hotel.

Q 8: Can I bring my pet?

A: Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our hotel rooms.
